Alcotec 48 Fruit & Grain Turbo Yeast 20% ABV with Double Enzyme.
Break down pectin in fruit and starch in grains, potatoes & rice etc.
New Super Fast Recipe.
How to use:
1) Fill 15L of warm water to your fermenter
2) Add fruit or malt extract, and sugar if required by your recipe
3) Top up to 25L with water, adjusting liquid temperature to near 30C.
(For maximum alcohol, aim for a start gravity of 1125-1130 but do not exceed this).
4) Finally, add the turbo yeast.
Note: if using starchy ingredients (grains, potatoes, rice etc), you will need to add hot water at the start, pre-treat with Alpha Amylase Enzyme (sold separately in our shop), and then let it cool down before adding the turbo yeast.
