Mad Millie Ginger Beer Yeast is the perfect starter for Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic Ginger Beer.
Make lashings of Ginger Beer without the mountains of sugar found in commercial brands.
3 sachets of Ginger Beer Yeast will makes 3 batches (13.5 L/3.5 US Gal) of old-fashioned ginger beer.
Each sachet makes 6x 750ml bottles. Ferment at 20C (68F) for 1 week.
Alcoholic 5.8% ABV
Non-Alcoholic 0.5% ABV
Store below 25C

Shopping List: 15 g (0.5 oz) Mad Millie Ginger, 1 sachet Mad Millie Ginger Beer Yeast, 4.25 L (1.1 US Gal) Warm water, 1/2 cup (125 mL) Lemon juice, a little white sugar for carbonation. (For alcoholic Ginger Beer you will also need 500 g (1.1 lb) Brown sugar.)
