Designed specifically for Sweet Ciders, this quality yeast strain from Hambleton Bard is not dependant on the nutrients in grapes, unlike standard wine yeasts.
This makes it ideal for Ciders, Perry and other Country and Hedgerow wines.
It contains a sweetener allowing you to ferment it out longer for a stronger brew that doesn't taste too dry.

Add directly to the juice, no need to rehydrate or make 'a Starter'.
