Bulldog 7 Day Wine Yeast with Nutrient for (5-25L)
Homebrew Wine, Mead & Cider making finished in 1 week.
Mix 5-25L of fruit or juice wash, add sugar if required.
Start specific gravity should be Max 1.120 (that will result in 16-17% alcohol).
Add wine yeast with nutrient sachet when wash temperature is between 26-30C. (No higher)
Sprinkle directly on surface. It is not necessary to make a Starter.
Leave to ferment at 20-30C (MAX!).
Fermentation is over in 5 to 7 days.
