The set contains: 1 - Double Dragon D Star Hyper Pure Vodka Turbo Yeast- Double Dragon D Star Turbo Yeast is used for extreme purity in alcohol production.- Allowing a slower fermentation speed achieves a cleaner end product.
- The Vodka Star is designed to handle 6 kgs of sugar in a 25 litre solution giving approximately 14% ABV.
2 - 200g Activated Liquid Carbon
- For Alcohol Production and Water Treatment- Instantly soluble
- Treats 20-25 Litres
- Add to the brew half way through the fermentation to remove off tastes, odour & impurities that can come out in boiling. Also used for its ability to keep the yeast "floating" longer (so it can produce higher levels of alcohol).
