- 1x Sachet of Alcotec TurboKlar Super
- 1x Sachet of Liquid Activated Carbon
The Turbo Yeast makes a high alcohol wash, the Liquid Carbon removes off flavours and odours created by the extra rapid fermentation and the leaves you with a crystal clear wash.
1. Double Snake C3 - Dual Recipe Pure Turbo Super Yeast- It can ferment 6 kgs up to 14% in 3 days - or 7 kgs up to 17% in 5 days!- Simply change the amount of sugar used to change how it works.
- This is a very friendly yeast strain. It is robust and has a high alcohol tolerance.
2. Activated Liquid Carbon 200g
- For Alcohol Production and Water Treatment- Instantly soluble
- Treats 20-25 Litres
- Add to the brew half way through the fermentation to help remove off tastes, odour & impurities that can come out in boiling.
- Also used for its ability to keep the yeast "floating" longer (so it can produce higher levels of alcohol).
3. Alcotec TurboKlar 24hr Super
- Clears in just 24 hour- 2 part Super designed specifically for Turbo Yeasts
- In simple terms, when you add these sachets of 'Finings' to your brew, they make all the floaty bits sink to the bottom leaving you with a nice clear brew.
