This kit has all of the ingredients to make 5 gallons of your favourite country wines or liqueurs.
11% - 20% ABV depending on the recipe you choose.
It allows you to make normal table wine or high alcohol schnapps and liqueurs simply by changing the amount of sugar you use.
There are 18 recipes for you to enjoy and easy to follow instructions. It also gives you guidance on how to substitute different fruits if you don�t have enough of your particular favourite!
Fruit and Sugar not included. Requires basic homebrew equipment (sold separately - not included)
22.5L Kit requires between 4-10kg of fruit and up to 6.5kg of sugar depending on recipe.
4.5L Kit requires between 1-2kg of fruit and up to 1.3kg of sugar depending on recipe.
