Each Brewery Pouch has two sides. One side has been cold filled with some of Europe's finest brewers' extracts. The other, contains a high quality yeast strain for the beers style selected (rather than using generic beer yeast, as some manufacturers do.) This gives you the desired aromas for your chosen beer.
Pink Grapefruit IPA - ABV Approx: 5.7% Inspired by Brew Dogs Elvis Juice Citrus IPA, this contains great citrus hop notes combined with grapefruit aroma to give an abundance of fruit on the nose. Sharp and tangy, the grapefruit complements and enhances the citrus character of the hops, making it refreshing, clean and crisp on the palate.
Dry Hops: Simcoe 25g, Cascade 25g
Yeast: M44 US West Coast
Bitterness: 3/5
IBU: 35-45
Colour: Vibrant Gold
The malt is free from caramels and other artificial colourings which can spoil the true flavour of the malt.
They come in cold filled pouches so there is no prolonged cooling down process associated with canning. This retains the delicate flavours and aromas of the premium malt extract.
They are nitrogen flushed removing any oxygen ensuring the flavour of the malt extract is retained.
