    Still Spirits Distillers Rum Yeast

    A specialist Rum Strain that produces an optimum congener profile for a full flavoured, smooth and rounded Rum spirit with rich fruity aromatics.

    Perfect for the fermentation of sugar, treacle, molasses or sugar cane juice for distillation of Rum.

    Net Weight: 20 g (O.7 US oz)
    Sufficient for: Up to 25 L (6.6 US Gal)
    Temperature Range: 20-34C (68-93F)
    Alcohol Tolerance: 15% ABV
    Attenuation: 70-100% (Low-High)
    Flocculation Rate: Medium

    This Yeast is part of the Still Spirits Distillers Range which includes Yeasts, Alpha and Gluco-Amylase Enzymes and Nutrients for Dark and Light Spirits. Whisky, Bourbon, Rum, Vodka and Gin.
