For the perfect Snowball Cocktail!Instructions: Add a pack of Still Spirits Cream Liqueur Base (or 300ml single cream) to 220ml of hot water. Add the essence and 425ml of 40% spirit of vodka. Makes 1 Litre (1 US qt.)
