PuriFerm UK-48 High alcohol Turbo Yeast is the original Distillers Yeast and has long been a favorite of professionals.
It contains a "pure" fermentation strain of Ethanol TT yeast with high temperature and alcohol tolerance.
UK-48 makes it possible to produce 19-20% alcohol by fermenting just sugar and water.
It can also be used as a quick turbo yeast producing 14-17% alcohol in 3-5 days by simply adding less sugar to the recipe.
